Return & Exchange Policy
At Al-Ya’four, we are committed to providing our customers with a secure and confident shopping experience. We offer returns and exchanges in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
1/ If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, you may return it without any return fees.
2/ Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days maximum from the date of receiving the product. The following conditions apply:

Products must be in perfect condition

Unopened and unused

Returned in their original packaging and original condition

Product codes or serial numbers must be intact and undamaged

Any complimentary gifts received with the order must be returned in their original condition when requesting a return or exchange
3/ In case of a return, and after receiving and inspecting the product to ensure compliance with the policy:

If the payment method was Cash on Delivery, the refunded amount will be credited to the customer’s store wallet for future purchases

If the payment was made via credit card, Mada, or SADAD, the refund will be processed to the same payment method used. Refund timing may vary depending on the issuing bank
4/ Loyalty points are non-refundable for orders paid partially or fully using points. Only the amount paid through available payment methods will be refunded.
5/ Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

Used products
-
Blended products and fragrance oils
-
Oud oil and incense oud
-
Products that are unsealed or not secured with safety seals
This is to maintain health and public safety standards.
6/ The customer bears all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.
If the return request is made for a reason not related to a defect or error, and the product is in perfect condition and matches the order, the customer will be charged a fixed return shipping fee of 25 SAR.
